Creative Eateries embarks on a bold new dining concept called Eat at Taipei emulating the many fascinating characteristics of Taiwan's night markets, presenting to Singaporeans Taiwan’s distinctive culinary culture.
Located along the perimeter of the Jcube's ice skating rink, this unique concept offers a variety of classic Taiwanese snack offerings and tantalizing Taiwanese dishes such as Vermicelli with Oysters & Pig’s Intestines (大肠蚵仔面线), Tainan “Coffin” Toast (官財板), Braised Pork Belly Rice (控肉饭) and Taiwanese Spicy Braised Beef Noodles (红烧牛肉面). The restaurant’s Street Snacks Value Meals also offer diners interesting combinations of popular Street Snacks and accompanying sweet treats such as Sweetened Bean Curd (豆花).
